The 15th National Games has kicked off! This edition marks Hong Kong's first time as a host region, with 8 competitive events and 1 mass sports event being held at various venues across Hong Kong, Kowloon, and the New Territories. In addition to watching the events with their children, parents can also use the AR interactive mini-program "National Games GOAL’n GO" designed by the HKSAR Government to get moving together, explore various parts of Hong Kong, unlock interactive mini-games, and combine education with entertainment.

Self-Learning Activities to Cultivate Sportsmanship
Besides participating in sports events, there are many opportunities to cultivate sportsmanship in daily life.
Given the flourishing sports culture throughout the city, EdCity has specially added "Sportsmanship" as the newest learning attributes in this year's PICCKS Student Scheme. To encourage students to embody a strong competitive spirit and support their all-round development, we have launched multiple student competitions and consolidated a video learning library that is continuously updated with sports self-learning videos.

Parents are welcome to encourage their children to participate more, develop their potential, and guide them to cultivate values such as perseverance, national identity, and diligence while accumulating points for the six major learning attributes and winning medals. Of course, don't forget to accompany your children in November to support the National Games and cheer for Hong Kong athletes!
